Winter at the foot of the Val Cenis ski runs (1400 – 2800 m, 125 km of runs). CIS Éthic Étapes of Val Cenis welcomes you all year round on the southern edge of the Vanoise National Park in Haute Maurienne.
The CIS Éthic Étapes holiday village is an authentic site on the edge of the forest on the left bank of the Arc. Different guest chalets are laid out around a large play and relaxation area. The swimming pool (summer only) and fitness area at the heart of the site add a unique touch of luxury to the centre.
Our breakfasts include local produce and one meal a week is made with organic vegetables in order to combine enjoyment and respect of our Ecolabel standard.
Summer
Come and take advantage of our activity holidays, particularly attractive for those itching to get out and about! For €52 per person per week, choose from guided mountain walks, accompanied “heritage discovery” walks and the use of our electric bikes during organised cycle rides. A great deal for even the most active!
As part of your holiday, we also offer introductory sessions to yoga and Nordic walking as well as breathing and posture sessions to allow you to fully relax during your stay!
Last but not least, don’t hesitate to discover or rediscover Valfontaine, our fitness and well-being centre open every day with a new team full of enthusiasm! Try out Coralie’s massages and enjoy the spa as you unwind in the jacuzzi, sauna and hammam… Perfect for soothing aching muscles after a good day’s walking.

Our CIS Ethic Etapes holiday village in the centre of the Val Cenis ski resort will be delighted to welcome you for a friendly and enjoyable stay!
In the heart of the valley of Haute-Maurienne Vanoise, you will be won over by the southern slopes of the Vanoise National Park and the traditional villages in the Upper Valley.
Worry-free all-inclusive holidays! Resort passes are available upon your arrival, ski hire is in the main chalet and the map of the runs is in reception. All that remains is for you to hit the slopes!
Ethic Etapes CIS of Val Cenis offers comfortable, full-board stays. In rooms, studios or apartments, with family or friends, you are sure to enjoy a pleasant stay with us. All meals are included: gourmet breakfast buffet of local, organic and home-made produce, lunch and dinner served at the table with wine, Savoyard dishes. For those who want to stay out on the slopes, packed lunches are of course available to order.
Our indoor and outdoor areas provide plenty of space for children to play, make snowmen, go sledging, play ping pong, etc.
As a rule, we welcome you from Sunday morning to late afternoon on the following Saturday. Early arrival on the Saturday and late departure on the Sunday are possible by contacting our booking service directly.
