Access :

By road : take the Maurienne motorway (A41 from Chambéry to Turin) up to Modane then the N6 towards the Mont Cenis pass and Turin, up to Lanslebourg.
By train : to Modane, there is a bus service from Modane to Lanslebourg, alight at the Maison de Val Cenis and give us a call, we can pick you up in the village.

Arrival time :

The holiday starts on Sunday morning and your room will be ready by midday. A room is available if you wish to leave your luggage or change to benefit from your ski pass straightaway. If you are with a group give us a call to let us know your approximate arrival time and we’ll do our best to make things as easy as possible for you.

Ski hire :

The CIS has a ski hire service where we have an important stock of skis, snowboards, snowblades, carving skis and snow shoes. This equipment is prepared and maintained by our team of skimen. We don’t like to keep you waiting so especially if you’re with a group let us know your approximate time of arrival.

The ski area :

The CIS is situated at the bottom of the ski runs, the nearest ski lift is the new 6 man Ramasse chair lift. It’s 10 minutes walk away or 5 minutes walk up a path and a quick ski down to the lift. It’s possible to ski right back to the door of the CIS.

The ski pass is available on your arrival at the CIS, a photo is necessary for 3 day passes or longer.
NB : The CIS can’t replace or refund a lost or stolen pass.
*Insurance can be purchased via the CIS but we need to know a few days before your arrival (Carré Neige or Carte Neige) :

Meals :

The CIS offers quality and gastronomic delights with a cheese course and a dessert at every meal. Breakfast is available from 7h30 to 9h00, lunch is served in two sittings: midday or 13h00 otherwise packed lunches are possible if ordered the previous day. The evening meal sittings are at 19h00 and 20h00. We request that our guests clear the table at the end of the meal.

Entertainment :

You will find a recently renovated bar in the CIS, a lounge, a billiard table, a library , table tennis rooms, meeting rooms, a disco in a separate building with free entrance. Entertainments are organised at the end of day (stretching, quizzes, music..)and after the evening meal (games, karaoke, films, tournaments..)

Accommodation :

The CIS offers several types of accommodation with different levels of comfort with corresponding prices.

• Traditional accommodation
  • Our simple rooms in the main building have 2 or 3 beds and a washbasin in the room, the showers and toilets are shared.
    
  • Our 8 bedded simple apartments have two 4 bedded rooms (one on the mezzanine), a living area with kitchenette, shower and toilet. All meals are provided in the centre’s dining room.
• Comfortable accommodation
  
  • Our comfortable rooms in the main building for 3 or 4 people and en suite shower and toilet facilities.
  • Our 5 bedded comfortable apartments in our new building have 2 twin bedrooms, a bed in the living area (sofa bed), a kitchenette and shower and toilet facilities. All meals are provided in the centre’s dining room
• Two-bedded comfortable accommodation
  • Our comfortable bedrooms for 2 people in the main building with en suite shower and toilet facilities.
  • Our comfortable apartments for 4 people in our new building each with 2 twin rooms, a living room area, kitchenette and shower and toilet facilities. All meals are provided in the centre’s dining room.

In the resort, the children’s Club des "P'tits Marrons" accepts children from 3 months to 6 years old (500m from the CIS). At the CIS we have bottle warmers, cots, high chairs, pushchairs and baby carriers.

We also provide a transport service for children from the CIS to the ski school. There is a children’s club from 17h00 to 19h00 and all day when a snow shoe outing is organised.

Payment : 2 solutions

A) 100 € deposit per person and the balance one month before arrival day.
B) The full price of the holiday when you reserve which gives you the right to our cancellation insurance if we receive the cheque 60 days or more before your arrival.

Reservation :

By post with deposit or the full price of the holiday (see conditions above) or by fax or e-mail followed by a bank transfer.
To reserve a weekend the deposit is 50 € per person and the balance one month before arrival.

Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit either in the form of a cheque, a bank transfer or by credit card (details can be given by phone, fax or e-mail) The second payment must arrive one month at the latest before arrival with no reminder. All modifications to your reservation must be made in writing by post, fax or e-mail.

Cancellation :

Your reservation will be cancelled if the payments are not carried out as stated above. If you cancel the holiday in the month before arrival we will retain the full amount paid. If you cancel between 30 and 90 days before arrival we will retain the deposit. A cancellation insurance is available.
