  The inside facilities  
The CIS has a number of facilities in the main building as well as our large restaurant which is an important meeting place in the CIS.

  • a reception with a lounge area
  • a large bar with a south facing terrace which is appreciated all year round
  • a lounge, reading area next to the library
  • a newly renovated library. Many books and fims about the region, nature and the mountains can be found there, a lounge and reading area and computers with access to the internet
  • a large entertainments room/ cinema
  • a television room and several other meeting rooms
  • a disco in a separate building but managed by the CIS
  • a photo laboratory
  • 2 public phones

  The outside facilities  

The CIS is located in an area between the forest and the river. Its outside facilities include :

  • an outside, heated swimming pool open from the beginning of June
  • a pétanque area
  • children’s playground
  • a barbecue and picnic area

  The CIS sports facilities  
 
  • a sailing and canoeing centre on the Mont-Cenis lake
  • a kayak centre on the Arc river
  • a mountain hut in the National Park
  • numerous sports activities nearby : mountain biking, tennis, archery, mini golf, football, horse riding, jogging circuit, basketball, climbing

  The CIS health centre  

The CIS health centre is open since the beginning of 2006. It has three levels and includes amongst its facilities :

  • a hammam
  • a jacuzzi
  • a stretching room
  • a light weight training room
  • a rest and massage room
