The CIS holiday village chooses to give priority to yearly contracts rather than less secure seasonal ones, 22 people currently benefit from a permanent contract at the CIS and the staff is reinforced with seasonal workers during the high season.
This requires a dynamic staff management in order to lengthen our activity period and to give the best conditions possible to our staff.
The CIS also accepts contracts with youngsters on work experience to help them gain experience and become more competent.
The CIS holiday village created a staff club 15 years ago in order to stimulate staff projects together. There is also a bonus every year directly proportional to the year’s financial results. A diiferent type of accommodation to favour meeting and sharing, sharing between visitors and our staff team, meeting between visitors and between generations.

The main objectives of the CIS are :

• to propose accommodation at affordable prices to the widest possible clientele with no exclusions
• to propose to families, youngsters and children a convivial and dynamic holiday destination
• to propose to youngsters, students and school groups a destination for the discovery of the environment and mountain nature as well as sports activities

The CIS holiday village is part of the éthic étapes network which groups together about fifty centres which are independent but which share the same goal to find a real and valuable way of reaching out, giving a taste of conviviality, sharing and opening out to the world.

This network belongs to a movement in social tourism which has an original voice which actively defends from the top of the market a genuine welcome for its guests.
