The resort of Val-Cenis in the Savoie region of the alps (1400 m to 2800 m) joins the two villages Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard in the Haute Maurienne Vanoise valley.

The village of Lansleboug is found on the edge of the Southern side of the National Park below the French side of the Mont Cenis Pass. A village of agricultural workers is still very lively throughout the year and all services can be found such as banks, post offices, medical centre, shops, dairy, museum…
